The Austrian Presidency accreditation system collects and processes different types of data that may also contain personal data. The Austrian Ministry of Education, Science and Research in charge of the conference in the frame of the Austrian Presidency of the Council of EU 2018, as the data controller of the system, will process the collected personal data only for the purposes of accreditation of participants and the other related activities needed for the organization of this event of the Austrian Presidency, in compliance with the Law for Protection of Personal Data, Directive 95/46/EC and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR). The personal data collected by the accreditation system can be shared with other public bodies to ensure the security and the effective organization of the events during the Austrian Presidency and shall not be further processed in any manner incompatible with those purposes. No official body will ask for your login credentials over the phone or via email, so please keep them secure and refrain from sharing them. The Ministry will keep the data in a form which permits identification of the natural person for no longer than is necessary for the purposes for which the personal data have been collected.
By registering for this event I agree that photos taken and videos made during the event will be published for documentation, in publications or on the internet. My other data will be treated as confidential and will not be passed on to third parties.
